Terms and conditions
RESERVATION
To request information or room availability you can send us an email or use the contact form, or call the landline numbers listed below or send a Whatsapp to cell phones.
At the time of booking, the guest is required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total value of the stay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. The balance will be paid upon arrival.
The room is considered confirmed only with the sending of our reservation confirmation email containing the details of your stay in the B&B.
CANCELLATION
The reference date of cancellation is considered to be the date of sending the e-mail from the customer notifying the cancellation.
Early departures dependent on the client during the stay for any reason are not refundable.
If cancellation is made no later than seven days prior to the date of arrival no charge will be made to the customer, who has the right to request a refund of any amount advanced by bank transfer or PayPal. In case he has used his own credit card as a guarantee nothing will be taken from the account.
If cancellation occurs less than seven days before the arrival date, the customer will forfeit the deposit paid.
- In the case of a reservation made by bank transfer, the owner will return the amount paid by him to the client, according to subsequent agreements between the parties, retaining for himself a fee of 10 euros for administrative costs.
- In the case of a reservation made by credit card, it will be the responsibility of the customer to indicate the method of reimbursement
CHECK-IN
Unless there are special needs of our guests, rooms are expected to be delivered between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, however, please inform them of your expected time of arrival at least in the morning of the day of arrival.
Upon arrival, guests are invited:
- To provide identification for filling out the P.S. card for each person present
- To regularize the payment of the booked stay
- To indicate the preferred time for breakfast and any intolerances or special needs
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is scheduled from 08:30 to 10:30 am. Please remember to return your room keys.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is prepared express and served at the table in the living room between 8:30 am and 10:00 am. Therefore, please inform us of the desired time.
Upon request it can be either sweet or savory. On the table you will find mocha coffee, hot and cold milk, the necessities for making your own tea, hot croissants, homemade jams and rusks, yogurt, cereal flakes, fruit salad or fresh fruit, we always prepare a baked dessert to serve freshly baked. On request eggs, omelets or whatever else will make your breakfast enjoyable.
If you have food intolerances or allergies please let us know upon arrival.
CLEANING
Daily room rearrangement is possible only if the room is vacated no later than 10:30 am. Linen is changed every 3 days.
EQUIPMENT
Inside the bedroom and bathroom you will find everything you need: the necessities to prepare a hot drink, cold drinks in the refrigerator, blankets, pillows, towels, bathrobes, toiletries, hair dryer. For any other needs please do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.
In the living room you can browse books and guides made available. Feel free to borrow them for the period of your stay.
THE PRICE INCLUDES
The agreed price for staying in our B&B includes breakfast, supply of towels, bathrobes and sheets, daily cleaning, linen change every 3 days, use of TV, air conditioners, wi-fi and use of all bathroom accessories. Drinks taken from the mini-bar are not included (see price list).
PETS
Exclusively in the Romantic room, with independent access, pets are welcome if polite and not noisy. Out of respect for the guests, it is absolutely forbidden to let them sleep in the beds. At the end of the stay an extra charge will be applied for extra cleaning.
SUSTAINABILITY.
Help us not to waste energy: turn off the lights and heating when you leave. The outdoor facility is equipped with lighting that turns on automatically.
The farmhouse is equipped with a septic tank, so please do not throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper.
INTERNET
Free wi-fi is available throughout the facility: in each room you can connect to a dedicated, password-free WI-FI network that will have the same name as your room (Romantic, Panoramic, Cottage).
For the common spaces you can connect to the PoggioBa network with poggioba password.
