At the time of booking, the guest is required to pay a deposit equal to 30%<\/b> of the total value of the stay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. The balance will be paid upon arrival<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The room is considered confirmed only with the sending of our reservation confirmation email<\/strong> containing the details of your stay in the B&B.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

<\/i> CANCELLATION<\/h5>\n

The reference date of cancellation is considered to be the date of sending the e-mail<\/strong> from the customer notifying the cancellation.<\/p>\n

Early departures<\/span> <\/span>dependent on the client during the stay for any reason<\/span> <\/span>are not refundable<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

If cancellation is made no later than seven days prior to the date of arrival<\/b> no charge will be made to the customer, who has the right to request a refund of any amount advanced by bank transfer or PayPal. In case he has used his own credit card as a guarantee nothing will be taken from the account. <\/p>\n

If cancellation occurs less than seven days before the arrival date<\/b>, the customer will forfeit the deposit paid.<\/p>\n
