To describe ourselves in a few words I would say that we focus on quality, territoriality while looking for simplicity. Here we do not accept hurried people, but you enter to be guided on a tasting path, of wines, cooked dishes, meats, cheeses, legumes. Everything we bring to the table is narrated, describing its provenance and particularities.
